I'm not good with computers. Can I really do this?

Do I need to type a lot?
No. When the app asks about your business, tap the microphone on your phone keyboard and just talk. The AI turns your words into your brand profile.
What if I get stuck in class?
Raise your hand. We do every step together on the big screen, and helpers walk around the room to help you. Nobody gets left behind.
Do I need to learn prompts or write anything technical?
No. You describe your business in your own words and tap a goal like “Get leads”. The AI writes the plan, the slides, the caption and the hashtags for you.
What should I bring?
Your phone, fully charged (a laptop or tablet works too), a clear front-facing photo of yourself, your logo or website if you have one, and access to your Facebook Page and Instagram so you can connect them. We record your voice sample together in class.
Do I need a business Instagram account?
For scheduling to Instagram you need a professional (Business or Creator) account. Switching is free and takes a minute, and we'll help you do it in class.
Which languages does it support?
Your carousels and captions can be written in English or Simplified Chinese (中文) , so you can speak to your customers in their language.
Is using AI with my face and voice safe?
We only ever use your own face and your own voice, which is always allowed. AI tools now block famous faces. One tip to share with your family: if you see a celebrity video asking for money, it may be fake. Check first, and never transfer money in a hurry.
Will the AI post anything without me knowing?
No. Carousels the AI makes are saved as drafts. You review them, change any words you like, and only then schedule or post. You stay in control of your accounts.
I don't have a logo or brand colours. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Tap “Suggest for Me” and the AI designs a colour palette from your business description. You can change it any time.
Is the scheduler really free for life?
Yes. Your seat includes lifetime, unlimited scheduled posting to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, with no monthly fee for scheduling.
What if I want more videos or carousels later?
