AIAlphaVideos.cloud ("AIAlphaVideos", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by AIDEV SOLUTIONS (Business Registration No. 202503288288 / 003787468-K) and provides AI-powered video creation, social publishing, Instagram messaging automation, avatar, and referral features. This page explains the types of information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account details such as your name, email address, and login credentials.
Profile, billing, and referral information you provide when using the platform.
Device and usage information such as browser type, pages visited, IP address, and interaction data.
Cookies and similar technologies used to operate the site, measure performance, and improve your experience.
When you connect Meta services: authorised Facebook Page or Instagram professional account identifiers and names, encrypted access tokens, content selected for publishing, permitted comment and message events, automation rules, replies, and delivery records.
When you connect TikTok: your TikTok account identifier (open ID), account display name, the permissions you grant, encrypted access and refresh tokens, and token expiry information.
When you use TikTok Direct Post: the video you select, its caption, your chosen privacy level, comment/duet/stitch choices, content-disclosure choices, publishing time, approval record, TikTok publish identifier, processing or publishing status, and any delivery error information returned by TikTok.

How we use information

To create and manage your account.
To deliver the AI video services you request.
To process payments, referrals, and customer support requests.
To improve our products, analytics, and site performance.
To protect the platform from fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
To connect the Meta accounts you authorise, publish content at your direction, process configured Instagram automations, and provide conversation and delivery history.
To identify the TikTok account you authorise, present the available publishing choices, submit only the video and settings you explicitly approve, refresh the authorization when necessary, and show the resulting TikTok publishing status.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share only the information necessary with service providers that process data for us, such as hosting, analytics, payment processing, email, customer support, and AI providers. When you deliberately request an AI-assisted reply draft, recent conversation text and your optional guidance may be sent to a configured AI provider solely to prepare the draft. The draft is not sent to the Instagram user automatically. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, users, and systems.

When you approve a TikTok Direct Post, we transmit the selected video, caption, and publishing settings to TikTok solely to perform that request and retrieve its processing status. TikTok handles that information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Google Sheets for Daily Content

If you choose to connect Google on My Content Scheduler, we keep a copy of your Daily Content plan in a Google Sheet so you can view and edit it in Google Sheets.

When you connect, you sign in with Google only to confirm your Gmail address. We request only your basic profile, email address and Google account ID. We do not request access to your own Google Drive, files, contacts or calendar, and we discard your Google sign-in token immediately after reading your email address.
Your sheet is created and stored in a Google Drive account operated by AIAlphaVideos for this purpose, and shared with your confirmed Gmail address only. It contains your planned dates, content format, language, the AI-written scripts, the scripts you write, word counts and the status of each day.
About once a minute we read your sheet and save the format, language and scripts you changed to your AIAlphaVideos account, and we write new AI drafts and status updates back to it. Your scripts may be used, as described above, to help the AI write in your style.
Our Google Drive access is limited to files that AIAlphaVideos itself created. The stored Google login for that account is encrypted.
AIAlphaVideos' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this information, use it for advertising, or use it to train general AI models.

Your choices

You can update or correct your account information by contacting us.
You can disable cookies through your browser settings, although some features may not work properly.
You can disconnect a Facebook or Instagram account in Pipeline Settings, revoke the integration through Meta, or request deletion using our data deletion instructions.
You can disconnect Google on My Content Scheduler at any time. This removes your access to the sheet; your Daily Content plan stays in your AIAlphaVideos account. You can also remove AIAlphaVideos from your Google Account's third-party connections, or ask us to delete your sheet using our data deletion instructions.
You can disconnect TikTok in Pipeline Settings, revoke AIAlphaVideos from your TikTok account settings, or ask us to delete the stored TikTok connection and publishing data described in our data deletion instructions.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children's privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Third-party links

Our website may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, so we recommend reviewing their policies separately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the updated version on this page.
